If you were not able to participate in Pre Check-in on Sunday, please arrive on Monday between 5:30 and 5:45pm to check-in your child and get their supplies.
 

Kids will need to change into their t-shirt and locate their group before the opening rally begins at 6pm.

• SXD begins promptly at 6pm each night (doors open at 5:45pm).
• Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to get your kids settled in before the lights dim and the event begins.

On Friday at 6pm, kids get to bring their family to SXD! You’ll get to hear about what they’ve learned, sing the songs they’ve been singing, and see a great highlight video!

Then, we’ll head outside to enjoy a great time playing, eating, and just hanging out. More details will come but for now, plan to bring your kids and stick around for the Family Party!

Each night of SXD, your child will need to wear their SXD t-shirt, bring their bag, and bring their teaching or activity booklet.

Your child should eat a filling meal before they arrive and drink plenty of water during the day to stay hydrated.

For their safety, it’s important that kids wear close-toed shoes (e.g., tennis shoes). They’ll be outdoors running and playing much of the evening!

For the safety of all the children on campus, we ask that after your child finds their group and is settled in, you leave the campus and entrust us with caring for your kiddos.

All of our adult volunteers, security team, and staff have been through a training and security process and should be the only ones remaining on campus after kids are settled in.
