NBI Class 402 - Wisdom Literature & The Book of Revelation

Old Testament Wisdom Literature (4 hrs) A study of this unique genre of literature found prominently in the Old Testament (Job, Proverbs, and Ecclesiastes in particular) and reflected in Jesus’ teaching style; The Book of Revelation (8 hrs) Understanding this unique book’s message in the genre of “apocalyptic” literature, and how interpretive approaches have understood the book and its “eschatology” – the things related to the end of the ages.

NOTE: Students must have completed 101, 102, 201, & 202 in order to register for any 300 or 400 series class. 300 & 400 series classes may be taken in any order.
